Banishing Candle Spell
This candle spell is the reverse of attracting candle spell. It is a good spell to use if you are being intimidated by an organization, whether a debt collecting firm or an official body and will help you to banish fear and fight back effectively. You may need to carry it out a number of times, but each time the destructive hold over you (or a family member) will lessen.
Items You Will Need:
A purple or dark-blue candle on a metal tray; a dar strip of paper and a white pencil or crayon.
Timing:
At dusk on any night, though the spell will work faster if performed during the waning moon.
The Spell:
Light the candle
Using the white pencil or crayon, softly write the name of the person or organization threatening or manipulating you on the strip of paper, so that the point just touches the paper but the words you have written cannot be seen.
Hold the paper in the flame and say:
“Be gone,
Be done.
I want no more of you.
Your power to frighten me is through.
Drop the flaming paper on to the tray to burn through or go out.
Leave the candle to burn down.
When the ashes of the paper are cool, bury them beneath a fragrant bush or plant.
Phone or email someone who makes you feel good about yourself or who can offer support and then have a bath, ideally using a lavender or ylang ylang bath product.
A Banishing Spell To Break A Negative Influence, Whether A Person, Cult or Organization
This spell first binds and then banishes, so it is very powerful. Use it if a vulnerable family member is being adversely influenced or you know that certain people are bad for your health, security or happiness.
Items You Will Need:
A sharp knife; a piece of dead wood, preferably a fallen branch; a piece of rope.
Timing:
During the Waning Moon, at dusk.
The Spell:
Go outside and using the knife, draw a deosil (clockwise) circle in the earth or on a paved area.
Sitting within the circle, carve in the wood the name or a symbol of the person who is causing the problem. Say: “May the influence be lessened, if it is right to be.”
Bind the wood tightly with the rope, as you do so repeating the words. Leave the piece of wood within the circle overnight.
In the morning, either burn or bury the wood.

Mash all the ingredients together in a mortar and pestle.
Grind in a spice or coffee grinder to reduce to a fine powder.
Sprinkle the powder on your victim’s doorstep.
Banishing Powder (5) Restless Tumbleweed
This is among the meaner banishing powders; your victim is not only forced to leave but must wander restlessly like a tumbleweed.
If you can catch a tumbleweed, preserve and powder it.
Add cayenne or habanero powder and black pepper.
Banishing Powder (4) Hot Foot Powder
Black pepper
Cayenne or Habanero pepper
Salt
Sulfur
This is the classic Hoodoo version of Banishing Powder. Grind the ingredients together to form a powder.
Banishing Powder (3) Exodus Powder
Asafetida
Cayenne pepper
Sulfur
This is a very concentrated banishing powder, and it’s known as Exodus Powder because it allegedly stimulates your spell’s victim to recreate the exodus — a sudden departure.
Grind all ingredients together to form a powder. Sprinkle this on and around your victim’s front doorstep to make them move. Actually sprinkling the powder onto your victim’s shoes should also achieve the same effect

Chopped bay laurel leaves
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Powdered hydrangea blossoms
Sea salt
Similar basic formula as the first, both are similar in intensity and may be used in the same manner:
Sprinkle the Banishing Powder on clothes, especially shoes, belonging to anyone you’d like to see gone
Sprinkle the powder on the ground, so that the victim is forced to step on or over it
Banishing Powder will enhance the power of any other banishing spell. Sprinkle as an accompaniment particularly around and over candles
